Water extraction
Water can travel farther than it looks. Our extraction and moisture-mapping process is designed to uncover wet materials before they become a larger problem.

Fast water removal followed by controlled structural drying
Water extraction is the high-volume removal of standing or pooled water from a property. It is often the first major step after a pipe break, appliance leak, overflowing fixture, storm intrusion, or other sudden event. Removing water promptly can reduce how far it migrates and make the drying phase more efficient.
Extraction equipment is selected for the material and conditions involved. Hard surfaces, carpet, pad, seams, edges, and confined areas do not release water in the same way. After bulk water is removed, moisture checks help identify what remains in flooring systems, lower walls, cabinets, and nearby rooms. That information shapes the equipment plan.
Air movers and dehumidifiers perform different jobs and work together. Air movers encourage evaporation at wet surfaces. Dehumidifiers capture water vapor so it does not continue circulating through the building. Equipment placement, temperature, airflow, and humidity all matter, which is why simply setting out household fans is not always enough for a significant loss.
We keep walkways and access needs in mind while the equipment operates, and we explain expected noise, heat, and monitoring. Drying time depends on the amount of water, materials affected, weather, building construction, and how quickly work begins. Regular readings provide a more useful answer than a one-size-fits-all promise.
Extraction is not the end of the project when porous materials remain wet. Once standing water is gone, we review the remaining moisture load and the areas connected to it. This handoff from removal to drying is important because hidden moisture can remain even when floors are no longer visibly covered.

Whether this is your first call or the next step after a difficult night, we will keep the conversation useful and direct. Call as soon as you notice the problem so we can discuss source control, safety concerns, and the areas that may need inspection.
Talk with our teamTruck-mounted extraction
We start by understanding the source, water category, timing, and areas the loss may have reached.
Moisture readings throughout
We choose extraction, drying, containment, or removal methods for the conditions and materials we find.
Targeted structural drying
We monitor the work, document important conditions, and explain what matters before the next phase begins.
